We are pleased to announce that the Managing Partner of the Law Firm Jab\u0142o\u0144ski Ko\u017ami\u0144ski and Partners – dr hab. Krzysztof Ko\u017ami\u0144ski, Professor at the University of Warsaw – has been invited to participate in the work of the Problem Team of the Family Law Codification Committee for changes in implementing provisions, operating at the Ministry of Justice.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The task of this group of experts is to develop new normative solutions in the field of enforcement proceedings in family and guardianship cases. This exceptional award is recognition of our expert’s knowledge and experience, which will be an invaluable support for the members of the Team.
