This case concerns the protection of our client\u2019s personal rights and raises fundamental issues related to transparency and equality in access to public information. Importantly, we are acting pro bono, fully committed to defending the rights of our client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Growing media interest<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It comes as no surprise that this case has attracted significant media attention. Increasing numbers of journalists and news outlets are closely following the actions of the Mszczon\u00f3w committee and the responses of local authorities, which have sparked considerable controversy. Despite meeting the formal requirements, her request was denied. These actions, which raise serious concerns about transparency and fairness in the operation of municipal institutions, prompted us to take legal action to protect our client\u2019s personal rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We believe that the rule of law and equality before the law are fundamental principles that must be upheld at all costs. This is why we have undertaken this case pro bono, with full dedication.
