We are delighted to announce the signing of a Cooperation Agreement between Jab\u0142o\u0144ski Ko\u017ami\u0144ski<\/a> and a renowned Belgian law firm VLAEMMINCK.law<\/a>. In the world where business knows no borders the ability to efficiently navigate national and European law becomes crucial to achieving success on the Single Market.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We see great value in providing our Polish and Belgian Clients with tailored assistance by a team of lawyers fluent in European, Polish and Belgian law. A legal one-stop shop with vast experience in EU Law, regulatory advice, competition law, corporate matters, contracts, arbitration and litigation – not only before national common and arbitration courts but also before the Court of Justice of the European Union, the General Court, the European Court of Human Rights, and European Institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our respective Belgian Desk and Polish Desk will assist Clients with all matters relating to conducting business in the EU, i.a. national law and EU law compliance, contracting with Belgian and Polish counterparts, starting and expanding business in Poland and Belgium \u2013 and, last but not least – navigating arbitration and cross-border and EU litigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
