Krzysztof Kozminski<\/a> pt. &#8220;Regulatory Impact Assessment. Miscellanea&#8221;.<br><br>The book is the fruit of collaboration with a large group of committed academic experts, carried out within the framework of a grant project of the <a href=\"https:\/\/cosr.wpia.uw.edu.pl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Center for Regulatory Impact Assessment at the University of Warsaw<\/a>.<br><br>As the authors of the publication emphasize &#8211; there is a lack of a serious approach to the procedure of assessing the effects of proposed regulations in both the science of law and the legislative process.
