On 23 February 2024, an All-Poland Scientific Conference of the Centre for Regulatory Impact Assessment of the University of Warsaw was held at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. The organisers of the conference were the Managing Partners of the Law Firm Jab\u0142o\u0144ski Ko\u017ami\u0144ski and Partners and at the same time long-time didacticians of the University of Warsaw: Head of the Centre for Regulatory Impact Assessment – Krzysztof Ko\u017ami\u0144ski, PhD, and Coordinator of Experts and Analyses of the Centre for Regulatory Impact Assessment – Micha\u0142 Jab\u0142o\u0144ski, PhD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The conference was ceremonially opened by the Dean of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, Prof. Tomasz Giaro, Ph.D., who delivered a lecture on: “From the politics of law by Leon Petra\u017cycki to law & economics and regulatory impact assessment”. Then, the Head of the Centre for Regulatory Impact Assessment, Krzysztof Kozminski, Ph.D., gave a presentation entitled. “The UW Centre for Regulatory Impact Assessment as a response to the crisis of legislation”, in which he discussed the Centre’s goals, indicated the stages of operation, cooperation with organisations and experts participating in the project, as well as examples of project activities to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The conference featured 25 distinguished speakers, representing the University of Warsaw, Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw, the University of Bia\u0142ystok, the University of Silesia in Katowice, the Leon Ko\u017ami\u0144ski Academy. They were:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
