In February this year, experts from&nbsp;<strong>Jab\u0142o\u0144ski Ko\u017ami\u0144ski &amp; Partners<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;<strong>Dr Micha\u0142 Jab\u0142o\u0144ski, Professor Krzysztof Ko\u017ami\u0144ski, Dr Grzegorz Keler, Jan Rudnicki and Jan Czarnocki<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 prepared a report for the&nbsp;<strong>Warsaw Institute of Banking<\/strong>&nbsp;entitled&nbsp;<strong>\u201cThe Problem of Unauthorised Transactions in the Context of Big Tech Liability for Advertising\u201d<\/strong>. The report examined the role of global online platforms in facilitating financial fraud and the legal mechanisms that could be used to counter such practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The internet is no longer a pluralistic forum for the exchange of ideas.
