In such exceptionally challenging working conditions, crisis situations may arise that affect the standards of medical care.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where, then, does the boundary of a doctor\u2019s duty of due care lie? How can medical confidentiality be reconciled with the obligation to notify law enforcement authorities, and how should difficult cases be documented safely? What happens when another doctor exposes a patient to danger or creates such a risk? These and other questions arising in exceptional situations in healthcare will be addressed by experts from\u00a0<strong>Jab\u0142o\u0144ski Ko\u017ami\u0144ski &amp; Partners<\/strong>.<br><br>The online training session,&nbsp;<strong>\u201cCrisis Management in Medical Practice\u201d<\/strong>, will take place on&nbsp;<strong>27 August 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm<\/strong>, for the&nbsp;<strong>Regional Medical Chamber in Warsaw<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Speakers:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dr \u0141ukasz Wydra<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 advocate, Partner at JKLAW, lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, and Chair of the Arbitration and Mediation Section of the Warsaw Bar Council. He is a highly regarded expert in dispute resolution, negotiations and legal advisory, with many years of experience working within international organisations. He is the author of academic and professional publications, including works concerning the legal liability of doctors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wojciech Ko\u017ami\u0144ski<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 attorney-at-law and Counsel at JKLAW. He advises foundations and associations and has experience representing a client practising a profession of public trust in disciplinary proceedings involving a professional self-governing body.
