Where does criticism end and the infringement of a doctor&#8217;s personal rights begin? On 9 June 2026, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., a training session entitled &#8220;Protection of Personal Rights of Physicians and Dentists&#8221; will take place, dedicated to Warsaw-based doctors and dentists who wish to effectively protect their image, reputation, and rights in both the public and digital spheres.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The training, organised by the District Medical Chamber in Warsaw, will be led by Wojciech Ko\u017ami\u0144ski \u2014 legal counsel and Counsel at Jab\u0142o\u0144ski Ko\u017ami\u0144ski &amp; Partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The programme covers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>definitions of key terms relating to the protection of personal rights;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>examples drawn from Polish and foreign case law;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>protection of image and reputation on social media;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>artificial intelligence, new technologies, and legal liability;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>types of claims and effective responses to infringements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Registration closes on 8 June!
