The event was organised by the &#8220;Ius et Sport&#8221; Sports Law Student Association at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (WPiA UW).\u00a0Jab\u0142o\u0144ski Ko\u017ami\u0144ski i Wsp\u00f3lnicy (JKLAW)\u00a0was honoured to serve as the event\u2019s Substantive Patron, contributing not only as sponsors but as active participants in the day\u2019s most vital debates.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Experts on Stage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Wojciech Kie\u0142basi\u0144ski<\/strong>,\u00a0<em>Radca Prawny<\/em>\u00a0(Attorney-at-Law) and Partner at JKLAW, featured in a panel discussing\u00a0<strong>transfer bans as sanctions in association football<\/strong>. The discussion interrogated whether the prohibition on registering new players constitutes a disciplinary measure\u00a0<em>sensu stricto<\/em>, or rather an instrument designed to safeguard the integrity of the football market. It is a question without a simple answer, which is precisely why it demands rigorous examination among leading experts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zofia Owczarek<\/strong>, Consultant at JKLAW, participated in a panel exploring the\u00a0<strong>nexus between consumer law and anti-doping regulations<\/strong>.
