On June 19, 2025, the Court of Justice of the European Union, in Case C-200\/24, determined that Article 94a Section 1 of the Pharmaceutical Law Act, which fully bans pharmacy advertising, is inconsistent with EU law.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>What does this mean in practice?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It enables the reopening of proceedings and the recovery of fines paid in connection with an alleged violation of the advertising ban.
