Krzysztof Ko\u017ami\u0144ski, Prof. UW, Managing Partner at the Jab\u0142o\u0144ski Ko\u017ami\u0144ski &amp; Partners Law Firm, also took the floor.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Professor Ko\u017ami\u0144ski pointed out that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p><em>Where there is overregulation, simplification is needed. Where the regulations are unclear, education, standardization of application of the law, and strengthening of official competences are necessary.<\/em><\/p><cite>dr hab.
