Krzysztof Ko\u017ami\u0144ski, prof. UW <\/a>\u2013 Managing Partner of the Law Firm, and Jan Czarnocki \u2013 Senior Advisor, leader of the <a href=\"https:\/\/jklaw.pl\/en\/area-of-practice\/ai-advisory-and-compliance\/\">AI Advisory and Compliance<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/jklaw.pl\/en\/area-of-practice\/data-protection\/\">Data protection.<\/a><br><br><strong><strong>In a group of technology experts, lawyers, and representatives from the banking sector, we discussed:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What values ought to shape AI models in institutions that build public trust?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can innovation coexist with responsibility?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Why are ethical competencies just as important today as technological ones?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The future of AI should not merely involve algorithms; it must also involve responsible ethical and regulatory reflection.
